Nigro Nigro & White (NNW) was established in 1999 by Jeff and Elizabeth Nigro, having a blend of audit and actual school district experience.  Christy White joined the firm in 2000, bringing an abundance of consulting know-how from a private consulting firm, as well as nine years of past audit experience.  In addition to the three audit partners, NNW has eleven staff auditors, administrative support and anticipates adding more staff auditors as our practice continues to grow. 

     The partners and staff of Nigro Nigro & White (NNW) all have a solid foundation in school finance including years of experience in school audits, hands-on school business management, and consulting assignments with school agencies across California.  In particular, it is the technical strength of our partners and their direct personal involvement in all aspects of the work that sets NNW apart from other CPA firms.
     Jeff Nigro, CPA, was a Senior Audit Manager with a southern California CPA firm for 9 years.  He then moved to a school district fiscal management position to acquire hands-on experience before starting the firm in 1999.  Jeff is an expert in many aspects of governmental auditing and accounting, having worked on a variety of assignments and issues.
     Elizabeth Nigro, CPA, brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge in tax matters, as well as a solid background of school district experience as both an auditor and a Fiscal Services Coordinator in a large school district.  Elizabeth is the firm expert in the area of tax (individual, corporate, and partnership) and small business accounting services. Elizabeth’s hands-on and detail-oriented style has given her clients valuable insights into their business issues.
     Christy White, CPA, has served hundreds of local educational agencies, over the past 19 years, eleven years in public accounting auditing over 250 educational agencies and seven years with a leading public education financial consulting and policy group.  She has provided audit and financial consulting services in areas of organizational analysis, budgeting, negotiations and multi-year planning, in addition to developing and conducting six workshop series throughout the State.  Ms. White is known as a leading expert in attendance accounting, school district organization, and fiscal analysis.
